Mobile field app integrated with the back office

Tech clocks in at the customer site (geofenced), captures parts used, takes before/after photos, gets customer signature, and triggers the invoice — all from the phone. Back office sees status in real time, not at the end of the day.

HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, IT and MSP field work, facilities maintenance, commercial cleaning, security alarm installation, mobile auto repair, mobile detailing, pest control, lawn and landscape, telecom installation, healthcare home visits, and any trades or service work that happens at the customer location.

Those are full-stack field-service vendors with their own CRM, dispatch, billing, and reporting. They are great if all of your operations live inside their walls. NOWAITN Service is one slice of an operations platform — the field-service workflow connected to HCM (your staff), Certifications (their credentials), Assets (their equipment), CRM (your customer records), and Payments (your Stripe). Use the rest of the platform for the rest of your operation.

Tech opens the job on their phone at the customer site; geofence and GPS confirm they are there. Clock-in starts the timesheet; clock-out at sign-off ends it. The timesheet flows to HCM for approval and payout. Photo and signature capture is built into the same workflow.

Parts come from the NOWAITN Products catalog; labor from the work-order job codes. Tech adds them on the mobile app; system computes the invoice; customer signs off; Stripe charges. Refunds and partial-credits all run through the same Stripe account.
